    One of the best areas to target is the north end of the lake near the river channel and the railroad bridge. Here, you can find schooling stripers moving fast in big groups. Another hot spot is the shallow flats and ledges in 12-25 feet of water, where fish are relating to these areas.

    With the cooler weather setting in and the fish becoming more active, now is an excellent time to hit Lake Texoma. The reduced boat traffic, especially during the week, adds to the appeal, making for a more peaceful and productive fishing experience.
