  • At the Caribbean Cricket Podcast we always try to ensure our audience can hear from all the important stakeholders in West Indies Cricket. In April this year, Ramesh Subasinghe was appointed as the new Academy Head Coach. Machel ventured over to Belfast to not only take in the second four day game between (Emerging) Ireland and West Indies Academy but also conduct the first camera interview with Ramesh. It's an important conversation that looks in depth at his mission statement for the Academy and how we can bridge the gap between U19 and senior level going forward.
