• S2E02 - Rewriting His Story: Changing the Narrative for Victims of Domestic Violence
    Feb 23 2024

Hey listeners!! 2 months in a row - how's that for consistency??

Today we are joined by the inspiring Conor Pall - a victim-survivor of domestic violence who is actively using his experience to shake up the family violence system that ultimately, failed him. With Conor, we deep dive into how his experience impacts him to this day, and how he's managed to change the narrative for his story to take ownership of who he is, rather than being defined by what happened to him.

We were also lucky enough to be joined by Jack Ward - an aspiring journalist, Conor's partner, and all-round fabulous human. The four of us - alongside talking absolute nonsense and getting distracted every couple of minutes - discuss how to navigate relationships while also navigating trauma and recovery.

  • S1E02 - Sexuality Education
    Jan 1 2022

For our very first episode we are tackling public high school sexuality education! From the minimal highs & the frequent lows, we are here to discuss the gaps that we noticed in our own sex ed & how underprepared we felt when it came to discovering our sexuality. We explore not only the things we learned, but also the information we would have love to of been given & what we hope will change in the coming years.
We also interview the lovely Dr Marisa Monagle, an ex sex ed teacher who has used her own difficult experiences due to her lack of sex education to empower future generations of young people when it comes to sexual health & education.
