    October 1, 2024, we are joined by Fatou Balora, Wendlassida Wilfried Fabrice Simporé and Inemesit Richardson, members of the Thomas Sankara Center in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

    Fatou Balora is a student at the University of Joseph Ki-Zerbo and a member of the Thomas Sankara Center for Liberation and African Unity.

    Wendlassida Wilfried Fabrice Simporé is a Burkinabe organizer born in Yako and raised in Burkina Faso. He is an anti-colonial artist and architectural assistant. He has organizing experience with the Socialist Forum of Ghana (having previously lived in Accra), and is a student of the life and legacy of Thomas Sankara. He is now a member of the All-African People's Revolutionary Party (A-APRP) and the Secretary General of the Thomas Sankara Center for Liberation and African Unity.

    Inemesit Richardson is an organizer with the All-African People's Revolutionary Party and the president of the Thomas Sankara Center for Liberation and African Unity. She is a daughter of the Nigerian diaspora born and raised in Ohlone territory, California in Turtle Island/ the united states. In the past, she lived in Senegal and Ghana where she studied neo-colonialism connected with Pan-African organizations before moving to Burkina Faso to help co-found the Thomas Sankara Center.
