Very relaxing, my daughter falls asleep every nigh
The narrator has a lovely soothing voice, My daughter asks for a different chapter every night. her favourite is your secret tree house.
easy listening and great techniques throughout, i.e., breathing and mindfulness.

Great storytelling in meditative way!

I the first chapter when it’s says how the top of your head feels I just relax. It has really helped me sleep and I have put it on every night
