Today, I am sharing with you my conversation with Bre Rauscher of Renegade Kickboxing.

She's started something brand new, revolutionizing the gym space, by creating a safe space for whole body healing. As she says, “movement is my spirituality. “

We all have that weight on our hearts we need to express. Anger and resentment are just the top layer, and allowing the safe expression of that anger in the kickboxing studio opens the door to mindset, and changing patterns.

Bre Rauscher started Renegade Kickboxing after struggling with her own battles with mental health and domestic violence. Kickboxing became her refuge from the chaos of life and she found the strength and mental fortitude to change her life. Renegade was invented to create a space to drop whatever weight you are carrying, both physically and mentally, to allow for space to grow and thrive.
