  • These HILARIOUS Footballer Adverts Will Leave You Speechless…
    Jun 4 2025

On this week’s episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, Pete and Chris (with Sids still on the beach) dive headfirst into the hilarious and often cringe world of footballers in adverts. From Crouchy’s proudest Pringles moment to the beauty of the Jamie Vardy Thailand ad, nothing is off limits.

The boys reminisce over iconic commercials—from the Carlsberg Sunday League masterpiece to Owen’s iconic Dubai helicopter advert—and question whether footballers should ever really act again.

Crouchy shares tales from the set with Fabregas and Anelka, while the lads dissect Cristiano Ronaldo’s truly bewildering Shopee ad and discuss the genius of Burger King's Stevenage FIFA hack.

We also hear from listeners: should clubs pick players based on acting skills? And what really is the greatest beer of all time? Airport beer? Train beer? Christmas Guinness? The debate gets rowdy, nostalgic, and weirdly emotional.

  • Final Day DRAMA and Forfeit FEARS - It’s Time To Say Goodbye…
    May 30 2025

In this season’s final Friday episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, Crouchy, Chris Stark, and a not-so-present Steve Sidwell round off the Prediction League with drama, controversy, and heartfelt reflection.

The episode dives into the emotional rollercoaster of the last day of the Premier League season—from the bizarre to the biblical—as Crouchy opens up about the powerful Eriksen moment at Old Trafford and reflects on his final days as a footballer.

Plus: Tucker’s 19 becomes an internet cult hero, Inter vs PSG predictions get wild, and the lads debate the weirdest and most humiliating forfeits ever submitted.

  • Rod Stewart: Wild 70's Stories, Drunken Cup Draw, and Elton's MULTI-MILLION Dollar Gift
    May 28 2025

    It’s the Rodcast baby.

On this very special episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, Pete, Chris, and Sids make a pilgrimage to the stately home of none other than Sir Rod Stewart—rock legend, model train aficionado, and die-hard Celtic fan.

Recorded inside Rod’s private gym and overlooking his personal football pitch, this episode is a goldmine of outrageous stories and charming confessions. From Elton John gifting him a Rembrandt painting, to the infamous drunken Scottish Cup draw, Rod holds nothing back.

He opens up about his lifelong love affair with football, his competitive friendship with Elton, and how his model railway obsession helps him stay grounded (and vocally fit!) while touring the world.

Whether he’s reminiscing about pitch invasions at Wembley, revealing the secrets behind his Vegas shows, or naughty 70's antics, this is Rod Stewart at his most raw and relatable.

I really enjoyed the early few seasons of this pod. I have had to unsubscribe now because it has become a platform for advertisers and the content is little more than 90s faux lad banter. the cross overs with YouTubers etc who have nothing to do with football marked the end and sadly the original ethos of the lid is lost.

some will no doubt like the new style but I find it over commercialised, repetitive spoken edition of zoo and nuts magazines

started out brilliant, but is now an ad platform
