They also talk about the importance of face-to-face assessments, and how it can be beneficial to see the person in their own home, as well as in other settings.

    Supriya drills down with them into what a lawyer's letter of instruction to the psychologist should contain, to make sure that the important questions are being answered by the expert.

    They also discuss the common problem of lawyers refusing to ask the court for specialist psychologist personality assessments, and the reasons for this.
