Spirit Guides come in a multitude of forms, and so do their methods of communication.

From the subtle nudge to a loud and clear message, building a relationship with you Guides through raised frequency and sensitivity will allow you to communicate with them in many different ways. One you become accustomed and attuned to their presence, it becomes a natural and graceful conversation.
