The upcoming burlesque party drama pales in comparison to the drama of Ariana finally entering the SUR staff and the messiness of VPR, and David declares that Kristen is a drama shark. And on a very special episode of Vanderpump Rules, Jax has cancer. Or a cyst. Or maybe an ingrown hair. We aren't sure, but either way everyone is going to act like a jerk.
