    I've had a lot of very fine teachers in my life. This year, I became cerified to teach Meditation and Breathwork through the Yoga Alliance. It's a tool I love to share in person, but I want to give the auditory gift of a few minute's peace to you each week. Starting today and going through winter, I'll share these meditations.
