  • In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I get to speak with Lukas Storath (@lukefithyrox). Lukas is a bit of a HYROX legend. He was the first man to break 60mins in the Pro division, and was the winner of the first ever HYROX World Championship (in Oberhausen). But at the age of 44 he continues to perform at the highest level in the sport. He was the winner of last season’s Last Chance Qualifier in Anaheim, he is the 40-44 age group Pro world record holder and is part of the mixed relay world record holding team. In this chat we talk about his training, the changes he’s made to his training over his time in the sport, how he still manages to compete at the highest level despite a busy job and being a dad, his mindset, and much more.
