Ok, I know I'm not supposed to have favorites...but I do. My favorite spoke of The Habit Hub is CONNECTION (don't tell the others) and my favorite Belief Seed to plant, nurture, and lead the way for others is Belief Seed 4 - "I deserve support." I also love "I get to have support" and "Support makes life easier, more powerful, more fun, and less frustrating." But that's just me, you'll have to pick yours after you listen to this episode.
The sneaky seed of doubt is usually a flavor of “I should be able to do this on my own” or "I know what I need to do I just need to do it!" Ever had those thoughts cross your mind? If yes, you're human!
You will walk away with...
- Insight into the transformative power of feeling supported—and why it’s essential for autoimmune health.
- A deep dive into common “seeds of doubt” around support and ways to start weeding them out.
- Simple ways to begin nurturing this belief with new inner habits.
- Strategies to make embracing support a bit easier.
- A breakdown of the “Support Squad” play from my abc Habit Playbook to show how surrounding yourself with the right people can amplify your progress.
- A reminder of that YOU cause a ripple effect when you embrace support, it can inspire those around you to do the same.
And because you do deserve support, and embracing it is one of the most powerful steps you can take in your health journey, I've designed an accessible, enjoyable, sustainable way to do it. Get the support you deserve at www.amybehimercoaching.com/join
