Just love these guys…

I’ve been an avid NHL fan since the early 90s. Being from the UK, this has not always been easy. Want to know the scores? You had to check the morning papers to find out what happened days ago. Want to see hockey? Better be up at 8am every Saturday to catch 30 seconds of highlights on Transworld Sports! Over the years, it has got much easier. It took these guys to make it truly satisfying. Passion, insight, frivolity, when needed hard-hitting reporting that takes on those in positions of power. It’s got it all. And Steve, it has Steve. I’m not a Leafs fan, although years of listening to this have chipped away at my resolve - oh good God, what am I on the verge of becoming?! Bottom line - this podcast brightens my commute, and addresses the issues in the league in a way that no other podcast has done for me. Hearing their takes makes me think. That alone makes it worth a listen.
