While some leaders' fear is thinking the person behind them wants to take their job, others measure their success based on how well they've prepared their successors. As leaders, we must think it is not about training our replacement, it is about setting the conditions for the person that replaces who's replacing us.

Leaning on his MBA from the University of Florida in Agricultural Business and Management and his master's degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, Colonel Blake started a new path as a Land Development Manager in Pulte Group.
