The lavender fields in Provence are nothing short of special. The vibrant violets still burn in the back of my head when I close my eyes. And to stand on a hill and see the rolling hills of lavender in the distance is enough to make anyone joyful. It makes sense that many people want to come and witness it for themselves and capture the magic.
