  • Summary

  • Harriet is approached with a new method on how to operate her restaurant to earn more profits. Due to Harriet's inability to read a contract, she ends up over her head. Harriet is not the only one feeling the effects of the contract: Mr. Oleson, Caroline, Hester Sue and, of course, Charles are all taking on more burden with less pay. Realizing he might be stuck making dinners for the brood at Plum Creek, Charles comes up with a plan to take down Mrs. Sullivan's Army. How does Hester Sue spend her time away from the restaurant? What's on the menu over at the Oleson's restaurant? Where does all the food come from?
