    In this fourteenth dynamic episode, we meet BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service) Radio Presenter George Ryland. George first joined BFBS Radio in 2006, and presented shows in Gibraltar, Cyprus, the Falkland Islands, the UK and Afghanistan. She has also worked on commercial radio in the UK and for the BBC. After working in the Middle East for six years, she is now back in the UK on BFBS Radio. In fact Dani connected with George through Dani’s series with George on BFBS Radio to support troops’ mindset and outlook to entertain, inform, connect and champion UK Forces worldwide.

    Now being the one interviewed for a change, we are delighted to have George on the podcast as we explore what it is that keeps her fulfilled and energised in life, her values and how these things have changed throughout her life. We also delve into topics such as burnout and what steps George takes to avoid it.
