**DISCLAIMER: In this episode we discuss the role of a Divorce coach in supporting individuals with the divorce process. However, in no way do we advocate a divorce coach in place of the legal expertise of an attorney. Divorce coaches are often not qualified or trained to give legal advice. Therefore, we recommend to immediately seek the consultation of an attorney if you have been served with divorce.

  • 4. Upgrading Your Mindset with Coach Kisha Woods
    Sep 30 2022

In this episode, I had another fun and intriguing conversation with my fabulous guest, Kisha Woods. We talked about Mindset, her business, and being unapologetically confident.

Kisha started her own personal transformation after her mental wellbeing was tested in April 2020 and she started her own journey of healing. After being let go from her corporate job of 7 years in November 2020, Kisha was faced with a decision, find another job, or step out in faith with her purpose. She decided to step out in faith and trusting her faith proved empowering!

She has always been supportive to others, but found that she wasn't doing that for HERSELF. Her personal transformation has shifted her into operating from a place of HEALING instead of HAVOC, where she is supporting women to do the same.

Kisha is now a full-time entrepreneur with multiple businesses in coaching, consulting, and independent travel.

    ABOUT THIS EPISODE:

    • We discussed what Kisha does and how she helps snowmen upgrade their mindset in her coaching.
    • Her journey to becoming a mindset coach,
    • What she sees as the major block to women face caring for themselves.
    • Being “humble” and what that really means for women.
    • Being unapologetically confident and empowered.
    • Her words of wisdom for other women.
