This audiobook is a detailed look at Adrenal Fatigue symptoms, diagnosis and treatment by a fellow sufferer, who has experienced this stress-related syndrome. I, the author, have also found treatments and lifestyle change methods that have been tremendously effective in relieving my symptoms. In the year 2003, during a time I was developing autoimmune thyroid disease and going through a prolonged and severe period of stress (chronic), I experienced this very real illness that results in mildly diminished adrenal function.

This is my personal story regarding symptoms, diagnosis and treatment for autoimmune hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Adrenal Fatigue and other metabolic-related conditions that developed co-morbid to my thyroid disease. Mitral Valve Prolapse is a heart murmur found commonly in the general public and can cause heart palpitations, orthostatic hypotension (dizziness upon standing), other symptoms of an imbalanced nervous system and anxiety/panic symptoms. Medical Research studies have found it to be even more common in thyroid disease patients, especially those with autoimmune types of thyroid disorders. It is also believed to be about five times more common in females than in males.

Hyperthyroidism is a term that simply means a person has developed an overactive thyroid gland. The metabolism of a person with hyperthyroidism is sped up from too much thyroid hormone in their system, so that everything in the body is running at overdrive. When this happens, the person will experience hyperthyroid symptoms. The vast majority of people with hyperthyroidism (95%) experience Graves' disease as the cause.

Most of the general population is not well informed about a common condition affecting the liver, that affects an estimated 29 million people in America alone. Up to 6.5 million of these people, will go on to experience inflammation in their livers or what is also referred to as "steatohepatitis." Many will eventually experience cirrhosis in their livers, meaning scarring/lesions that will begin to appear within the organ, which is irreversible and that can eventually lead to death or in the need for a life-saving liver transplant.

It is essential currently to present the Holy Bible teaching to the world’s population that is informative, edifying, and helpful to everyone—Christians and non-Christians alike. The lives of believers and nonbelievers can be changed forever by what is contained in the Holy Scriptures. For some, this can lead to salvation in our Messiah—Jesus Christ, and for those who have already been “born again” in the Lord, it can mean added spiritual blessings to their lives.

This eight section audiobook is comprehensive, as the author will say with the most humble motives, that this is one of the best, most thorough audiobooks available on thyroid disorders and health conditions that are strongly related to what we also call "The Metabolic Butterfly". The information is thoroughly researched and very high quality. Treatment methods - both medical and natural are discussed in detail.

Christians and even some non-Christians recognize we are near the very beginning of "the great tribulation". The beginning events, that lead to this seven-year time period of both God's and Satan's final wrath, is called "the beginning of sorrows" (Matthew 24:8). Several chapters of this book (containing 18 chapters) are dedicated to summations of these events in which Jesus said, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be." (Matthew 24:21).

Both evolutionists and creationists should find this to be an interesting audiobook. There are questions posed from both sides of this ancient debate as to whether God created all that exists (creationists) or if it all evolved from nothingness in a continually forward progression for many eons (evolutionary theories). I will confess that I am creationist; however, I do give my fellow creationists much to ponder as well. At over 10,400 words in length, there's sure to be some nuggets of information that one might call "food for thought" within the words of this audiobook.

This book is, somewhat, a collage of chapters, each one being a stand-alone teaching. Lots of devotional books have varieties of short inspirational teachings from the Holy Bible and this book covers a variety of teachings as well. The book offers warnings and admonishments with warnings being to avoid some of the snares of the devil, whose deceptions can be powerfully deceiving.

While God allows temptation, he does not perpetrate it, unless it is not an evil temptation. A good temptation from God, which also means "testing and trials", might be the prompting of a Christian to help a person or persons in need. They may or may not do that thing that will help them and the Christian will lose rewards at The "Judgement Seat of Christ" (not to be confused with "The Great White Throne Judgement" for the unsaved). Part of Jesus' prayer he taught to the disciples was - "And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one."

Most non-Catholic Christians are not aware of the Protestant Reformation Movement of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, without which, we would have no choice, even today, but to be Catholics. Does this sound strange to you if you're Protestant? That's because many Protestant pastors are not teaching their flocks about this Christian, world-changing event.

These true Christian testimonies and doctrines are each presented in short chapters. They are, in many cases, summations of biblical teaching without the unnecessary filler information. A wide range of subjects are covered, and you'll hear about some subjects that are not often addressed in churches.

Stated simply, the Genesis Gap is the belief that angels rebelled against God at a time not revealed but that was obviously previous to Adam and Eve, who were given dominion of the Earth, after it was destroyed by God and recreated. This audiobook presentation on the biblical "Genesis Gap" study, also referred to as "The PreAdamic Creation", is presented in terms that can be understood by theologians and laypersons alike. It is a highly intriguing Bible subject - one of the most interesting contained within The Holy Scriptures. Why is the study important? Because it lends greatly to an understanding of what the evil spirits called "devils" are (the tempters of mankind) and where they came from.

Some authors on the other hand, are not willing to receive critical reviews of any kind, even those that are written in a straightforward, honest fashion but that include some strongly-dissatisfied language within them (something I have been falsely accused of complaining about). Anyone - and I do mean "anyone", who does not see that there literally are two extremes that exist within the author and reviewer arena, either are in purposeful denial or they simply aren't paying attention.

From the surface, it sounds very nice and like an event of spiritual peace among these two major denominations, that would be such a wonderful thing to see happen but is it even remotely realistic or achievable? Maybe the more important question would be this: Does God desire for such opposed religious practices to reach a point of saying "Every road leads to God.", when the Holy Scriptures do not at all endorse such a position?
