In this lecture, Dr. Hawkins presents some basic ideas, such as the fact that everything happens spontaneously and that nothing causes anything. Everything is an automatic consequence of the energy field. He shows how the power of one’s intention brings about manifestation, and how potentiality becomes actuality in and of itself because of the field. He explains the use of kinesiology, why people may not believe in it, and how the infinite field of consciousness instantly registers truth.

A set of three talks given by Dr. Hawkins. Dr. Hawkins explains the difference between sex and making love. He presents sex as an expression of the energy of aliveness and the joy of being. He discusses sex and spiritual conflict, along with guilt, religion, programming, and social belief systems. He describes low-energy and high-energy sex, how to overcome impotence and lack of response, and how to transcend desire so that one is not at the effect of it.

One of the many important points that Dr. Hawkins stresses in this lecture is that in order to follow his Pathway of Devotional Non-Duality, your devotion to Truth has to be greater than the devotion to the payoff of being right. When this prevails, one is well on the way to Enlightenment. What keeps the ego in place? It is the pleasure it gets from its positionalities. The willingness to surrender the gratification and pleasure of the payoff of the ego's positions is the sacrifice. Dr. Hawkins also informs us that spiritual work is a lot easier that we think!

He explains how "wantingness" causes misery and that one’s point of view contributes to that state. Stating the truth usually upsets some people. He discusses the spiritual ego, our perceived faults, what to do about them in order to become "bulletproof", and what brings us joy. In contrast, he talks about hatred in the world today and the actions that come out of it.
