Habité depuis l'enfance par une folle passion des langues, qui m'a conduit à devenir un linguiste professionnel, je suis également envahi, depuis longtemps, par un questionnement : d'où vient donc le besoin qu'ont les humains de croire en un dieu ?Pourquoi l'histoire des religions est-elle hérissée de tant de violences, alors que, suscitées par les interrogations et les angoisses humaines face à un monde encore largement inexpliqué.
