The story flows so smoothly and the chemistry between our MCs is so good you can feel it coming off the page.
I love Daddy Enzo and this is a great short and spicy Mafia read. I am looking forward to reading/ listening to book 3 next.

This is the second book of Poppy's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was pulled in from the beginning and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I really enjoyed the relationship that bloomed between Enzo and Nina. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait to read to the next book in the series Cruel Dominion so I can get Carter and Anna's story.
Lucas and Eliza did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for an age gap romance, mafia romance or forbidden romance.
