Meet Anna Henkens Schmidt, an award-winning journalist-turned-homeschool mom-turned published author. Originally from the Pine Ridge of western Nebraska, Anna now calls North Carolina home. She is married to her highschool sweetheart, and together they have three children. Anna's journey from chasing stories as a seasoned journalist to orchestrating the chaos of homeschooling and raising her children has been nothing short of transformative. In between grammar and history lessons, she ventured into the realm of published authorship with her debut book, Where We Land: A Pilot’s Reflections at Altitude, a captivating collaboration with her older brother, Donald Osborn.
