Carol Ann Ross was raised in South Africa by a literature pro­fessor who taught her to read at the age of two. After leaving South Africa due to the political unrest, Carol Ann worked as an au pair in London, a model in Paris, a GO at Club Med, studied Fashion Merchandising in Los Angeles, and ultimately became a wife, and mother to four babies. After moving to New York City, she returned to school to study Forensic Psychology, but her catering and event planning company took too much of her atten­tion and she enjoyed a long career planning extraordinary events worldwide. During these years, she was also commissioned as a speechwriter and travel blogger. Carol Ann served on several boards in New York, including Family Dynamics, a foundation endeavoring to keep vulnerable families together. She created her own 501c (3) called Association to Benefit Children, which provided services to children living in homeless shelters. She has been a lifetime volunteer both in the US and around the world, developing programs to lift up at risk communities. In 2020, after moving to Miami, Carol Ann became an ordained life minister and has created unique and personal wed­ding ceremonies for many clients. Her wedding officiant services have taken her to many unique destinations. If you knew Suzy is her first published work.
