Craig Mod is a writer and photographer and walker who has lived in Tokyo, Japan since 2000. He is the author of the books "Things Become Other Things" and "Kissa by Kissa." He also writes the "Roden" and "Ridgeline" newsletters and has contributed to The New York Times, The Atlantic, WIRED, and more. He is grateful to have been a MacDowell, Ragdale, and VCCA writing fellow, for having been given the time and space to write at these fantastic institutions, and for the connections to other writers and inspirations gained therein.
