Diana Fasth is a writer and former pharmaceutical researcher who spent several years meeting with physicians and traveling throughout Sweden on research projects. During this time she developed a deep appreciation for Scandinavian culture and its thoughtful approach to life—and legacy. It was during this time that Diana was introduced to the concept of döstädning, or Swedish death cleaning, a practice that resonated both professionally and personally. Though not Swedish by heritage, Diana brings a unique perspective shaped by firsthand experience in Sweden and long-standing relationships with Swedish friends and colleagues. With a background in research and a passion for mindful living, Diana also had the opportunity to travel extensively through Southeast Asia and also learned about Feng Shui - the ancient Chinese method that focuses on arranging your environment to create balance, harmony, and good energy—known as “chi” or “qi.” Think of it as interior design meets energetic flow. Diana combines practical tools with emotional insight to guide readers through the transformative process of Swedish death cleaning—and Feng Shui helping them declutter with intention, preserve cherished memories, and lighten the burden for loved ones. Today, Diana writes to inspire others to live with purpose, prepare with love, and leave behind more than just belongings—a meaningful legacy.
