He is also the host of the popular Boss Better Now podcast and founder of the BossBetter Leadership Academy. Joe previously served as head of Learning & Development for Physician Services at a top U.S. healthcare system. Prior to his years of service in healthcare, Joe spent a decade working in leadership and program development roles in student affairs in higher education. Joe holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional™ (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA). Held by fewer than 20% of professional speakers worldwide, the CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of speaking excellence. Joe holds a Masters degree from Ohio University and serves on the board of directors of the National Speaker’s Association.
