Lonnie Smith is a distinguished United States Air Force veteran inspired by his daughter and two autistic sons. With a passion for technology and advocacy, he founded The Holodec Virtual Reality Tech Center, a cutting-edge facility focused on innovative virtual reality experiences. Lonnie is also the CEO and founder of Autisarian, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and serving the autistic community. As an accomplished author, Lonnie has written several books, including the Superhero Ribbon Adventures, a collection of bedtime stories that explore the unique challenges and strengths of the autistic community. His creative talents extend to animation film production, with one of his films selected for various film festivals and showcased on nine national television networks. In addition to his entrepreneurial and creative pursuits, Lonnie serves on the Board of Directors for OC87 Recovery Diaries, which highlights personal stories of mental health and resilience. He is also an active member of the Thomas Jefferson Neurodiversity Council, advocating for greater inclusion and understanding of neurodiverse individuals. Through his work, Lonnie Smith has become a powerful voice for the autistic community, dedicating his life to creating a more inclusive and supportive world.
