Marty Strong (M. L. Strong) is a retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and the author of two exciting series of adventure novels: The TIME WARRIOR SAGAS and the SEAL STRIKE series. All books are in paperback, kindle, and audible formats. All profits from his novels are donated to the SEAL Veteran's Foundation to assist veterans suffering from PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Marty is a decorated combat veteran who served twenty years in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. He has over 500, radio, podcast, and television interviews to his credit. All of Marty's stories place a spotlight on the human psychology associated with honor, justice, courage, and truth. In essence, Marty focuses on the core foundations of the warrior; strength, loyalty, courage, and a willingness to fight and die for a cause, a friend, or family. Marty is also a CEO and Chief Strategy officer who's written three business leadership books on leadership in crisis, visionary thinking, and applied creativity. He writes these non-fiction books under the name Marty Strong. Book Review - Death Before Dawn Book One “Death Before Dawn” is the first in an exciting action thriller series by Author M. L. Strong, a former decorated Navy SEAL officer and combat veteran himself, in which he outlines the trials and tribulations of a young Navy SEAL named, Matthew Barrett and the SEALs (SEAL Team 10) he leads into harm's way. This was a good military thriller read. The beginning of the story was a tad too technical as Strong methodically explains BUDs training and what the candidates must go through in order to become a Navy SEAL. But once the action started in the ‘meat of the story’, the narrative was even paced, expertly told, authentically realistic and very entertaining. Strong’s experience as a SEAL really shone through in this quick, adventurous read and with the hope of more character development of the SEAL team members that main character Matt Barrett leads, this series is destined to be a success. Looking forward to diving into the other books in the Strike Force series. Book Review - A Time For Glory Book One The year is 2143 and planet Earth is at peace. The population is stable and protected albeit within firm guidelines. Individuals have enough food, shelter and unlimited healthcare, enabling them to live well into their second century. The authorities even provide genetically matched and psychologically compatible partners so why has suicide reached epidemic proportions? Many are finding the stable, meaningless existence of this cozy world excruciatingly tedious. Some indulge in dangerous sports, some take their own lives and, in an age where time travel has become possible, some choose to travel back in time to experience combat shoulder-to-shoulder with the warriors of ancient tribes. Guilds have been organized specializing in specific periods (the Stone Age, Bronze Age and so on), authorized to train and transport individuals back in time. Great read!
