Melissa Neill is a YouTuber and fitness coach helping women over forty transform their bodies. She is the founder and CEO of Body By Bikini fitness and weight loss programs specifically designed for women over forty. She has helped over 10,000 women through her Body By Bikini app and personal coaching work to break through menopause and achieve their dream body and health. Having found a lack of information on weight loss for women over forty and going through menopause, in 2019, Melissa decided to set up her own YouTube channel. In June 2020, Melissa led her first online fitness and weight loss program for women over forty and is the first in her industry to do this solely for this age group in her own app, Body By Bikini. At the time of writing Body By Bikini has received 40,000 plus app downloads and over 10,000 women enrolled into one of the programs. Since she began her own business, Melissa has helped thousands of women with her unique method of weight loss, involving weightlifting and high protein eating. She also holds regular live Masterclasses that educate women around the time of menopause on fitness, health, and weight loss.
