I am a mother of two teenage daughters and a former Elementary and High School Teacher. Now I work with parents to unravel the ideas of punishments and rewards and infuse parenting through the lens of love and connection. Our modern-day world is not set up for much parental support, and providing a community of like-minded individuals is what I have done using my podcast, Instagram and Facebook. My first several year's parenting was full of rewards charts, control, and yelling and many days I found myself exhausted and alone. Finally, I found connective parenting and it has forever changed the trajectory of my family.
