NICOLETTA BORTOLOTTI was born in Switzerland, but lives in Italy. Graduated in Pedagogy with 110 cum laude, Mondadori editor for 17 years, author for children and adults, she publishes for the major publishing houses and collaborates with the cultural supplement of "La Provincia di Como" and with the literary magazines "Letteratitudine" and "Clandestino ". He has published Il filo di Cloe for Sperling & Kupfer and something remains, now republished with Besa Editrice (Carver prize and Leonforte prize); for Mondadori On the waves of freedom (finalist for the Bancarellino prize); for Einaudi boys Standing in the snow (Giant prize of the Langhe and Cento prize), Oskar Schindler Il Giusto and The lie that saved the world. For Harper & Collins Chiamami sottovoce (Alvaro Bigiaretti prize and Giuditta prize), thanks to which a docufilm for Rai3 on hidden children was created. For Giunti he published I was drawing green parrots at the metro stop, the true story of Ahmed Malis.
