Niki is a midlife wellness and menopause consultant working directly with businesses, and a personal coach who specialises in working with women in midlife. A member of the British Menopause Society and International Menopause Society, with qualifications in human resources, nutrition, and personal training, Niki takes an integrative approach to improving women’s health, fitness, mindset and habits in midlife, within the context of supporting women to understand and manage their perimenopause/menopause transition. She's also the founder of Best Midlife CIC, a Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting midlife wellness and menopause. Niki has appeared on BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio Leeds, Newstalk Radio, and in publications including Women's Health, The Irish Examiner, Metro, Daily Mail, The Observer, the Yorkshire Post. She's also available as a keynote speaker through The Speakers Agency. Niki has a 1500-member Facebook community dedicated to supporting women to have their ‘Best Midlife’, is the author of The Man's Guide To Menopause - Everything You Need To Know But Were Afraid To Ask, and has a separate men-only free Facebook support community also called The Man's Guide To Menopause.
