Former deputy editor of Grazia, Rosamund Dean writes about human behaviour, popular culture and relatable wellness. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, she documented her journey with a column in the Sunday Times Style. She went on to train as a health coach and launch Well Well Well, a popular Substack about getting healthy in a way that is doable, accessible and fun. She is the author of Mindful Drinking: How cutting down can change your life, and Reconstruction: How to rebuild your body, mind and life after breast cancer.
