Sarah was awarded Businesswoman of the Year by the Niche Business Awards 2023-24, and her book 'Power of Love Leadership®' became a Finalist in the Business Book Awards 2021. A Board level HR Director up until 2011, Sarah has since then, worked with hundreds of leaders and leadership teams to help them be more successful, in her role as a leadership coach. Sarah created Power of Love Leadership in 2012 to help develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence in her clients. She ended up using the 8 Principles and 7 Love Based Strategies in her own life to overcome challenges, wanting to use her own strategies to be authentic in her service. Having used Power of Love Leadership so successfully with her clients, Sarah now shares her strategies and experiences to all leaders everywhere. Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Co-Founder and Chair of the Lamp Business Club (Leicestershire Action for Mental Health). Sarah is a professionally qualified Executive and Leadership Coach and Mentor, a Practitioner in: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Based Coaching (from the Neuro Leadership Institute) and the 6 Types of Working Genius (by author Patrick Lencioni) as well as qualified to use world class psychometric assessments like Hogan Assessments and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sarah is also a black belt in karate.
