Covers a wide spectrum, some resonating chapters.

Overall a good listen, I sped up the narration slightly. Some chapters resonated with me, others didn’t which I skipped, we know which areas we could do with listening too in terms of our mental attributes and Amy does a good job in covering the spectrum .

Was a listen

Good to listen to. I thought there were some sections that were excellent.
Tried to tackle a lot of issues in one setting. Would have been better broken down into books.
Worth the buy - your find something to apply to your life.

Interesting ideas

Some interesting ideas, here. Monotonous voice, though. The narrator may be inspiring on a one to one basis, but is undynamic as a reader and this detracts from the text.
