Loved doing this every day for 30 days

You get a 20 min session to listen to every day for 30 days. The voice spoken is very nice and soothing and each day she progresses you further into the course. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Great discovery

Tried to find a really good mindfulness book when I came across this..This comprises of 30 fifteen minute guided sessions which are one per day though I listen to each day twice once in morning and evening.The guide has a lovely voice and whilst I’m on day 3 it certainly has helped me reach a much more calm and relaxed state.
