Authenticity overload
If Dov Alfon isn't a member of a spy organisation, he should definitely set one up.
This spy thriller set within Paris police stations and Israeli secret briefing rooms, crosses every drugged 'T' and dots more 'I's than a Morse Code handbook.
It starts with a presumed Israeli abduction in a Paris airport and quickly unravels into 24 hours of Chinese hit squads, bureaucratic shinanigans and body head counts.
The plot is suitably convoluted and the detail breath-taking.
The trick of having the tables turned on over-confident superiors is overdone but still weirdly satisfying, even though you know it's coming.
There's probably a rash of secretly coded intelligence in the audio. Destroy your audio device after listening.

Too Slow A Burner
This starts well with an intriguing story line.However, it really started to drag on and , in the end, I lost interest.

Cinematic thriller
High octane, thrilling, contemporary drama set over 24 hours in Paris. Brilliantly read and compulsive. Thoroughly recommend.

Not for me I didn’t like it the story was slow and boring and the subject didn’t grab me.

All a bit silly really!
I persevered with this but it was thoroughly unremarkable really and just a bit pedestrian. The world of Israeli espionage was mildly interesting including the insight into the struggles for power. The plot and storyline however just trundled along and at no point did it surprise or take the breath away. Can’t understand why this was a massive hit in Israel. Maybe the translation is poor? Who knows! Not for me.

load of old cobblers
A very confused story, written by someone who seems to know about paperwork but little else. If you are prepared to believe that an international airport would have an entire level, unsecured, empty yet accessible to the public from the main lifts, protected only by having the floor button not light up. Then you are probably ok with all the subsequent nonsense, assuming you can maintain attention through all of the mostly irrelevant details of protocol and procedure. The characters are about as convincing and realistic as inspector Clueso and Danger Mouse.
