Helpful Tools for Teens with ADHD
This book really helped me understand some of the challenges my teenage son faces with ADHD, especially around time management and impulse control. One section I found particularly useful was about executive function and how working memory and cognitive flexibility affect daily life. It gave me practical ways to support him without feeling like I’m constantly nagging. He even started using one of the strategies to stay more organized with schoolwork, which has been a huge relief for both of us.

Finally, Something That Makes Sense
As a parent, I’ve read a lot about ADHD, but this audiobook actually helped me understand what my teen is going through. It breaks things down in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming, and the real life strategies actually seem doable. I’ve already started using a few of the tips, and I can see a difference in how we communicate. It’s refreshing to hear something that’s not just theory but feels like it was written by someone who gets it.
