Thanks to the author.
I am in my twenty-five and was diagnosed with ADHD 1 year ago. I was struck by the simple yet profound and very inherent suggestions in this book. Each chapter is a revelation, some topics never covered by anyone before. The chapter about the differently wired brain is well explained. I would have a lot to write, but I will stop and recommend anyone dealing with ADHD to listen to it; you won't regret it.
