About this listen
The Age of Glass dawns, a fragile era balanced on the edge of oblivion. Will it shatter beneath the relentless hammer of fate?
From the depths of despair to the pinnacle of power, Matt's ascension to Dungeon Lord has been a crucible of blood and terror. But the higher he climbs, the more precarious his perch becomes. As winter's fingers close around his hard-won domain, Matt and his beleaguered allies yearn for respite. Instead, they face a nightmare beyond imagining. The Coronaught infection sweeps through the land like wildfire, twisting human flesh into abominations that defy sanity. Grotesque mutations stalk the shadows, their hunger insatiable. In this maelstrom of horror, Matt must be more than a leader—he must become a legend.
With each agonizing decision, the weight of command threatens to crush his spirit. Can he salvage the humanity of the infected, or will the price of compassion be too steep? Nuclear fire looms on the horizon, a cleansing inferno that promises annihilation. How much of his soul will Matt sacrifice to shield his people from the coming storm? In the bowels of the earth, Matt labors to transform his dungeon into an impregnable fortress. But in a world where loyalty shatters like spun sugar, yesterday's allies may become tomorrow's executioners. Survival exacts a terrible toll, paid in blood and betrayal.

Another enjoyable installment
Cheeky, fun, action filled, but gritty and irreverent. Detailed systems, stats and world building without feeling clumpy and onerous. This has whet my appetite for the next book, things are about to get very very interesting, I've already pre-ordered.

Love the developments and direction the story is taking.
I like how we are getting answers to the cliffhangers of the last book and how we are being taken along for more developments and interesting twists with a looming threat slowly becoming tangible

Doesn't disappoint after 6 books
Every book in the series is great entertainment and Neil's narration is awesome too. I'm from the area the books are set, it's also brilliant to see someone write about the North East in this way.

It is a good series...
I tried to write a proper review on what is good and what gets annoying about the book....but my dyslexia makes me sound like am a caveman that barely could read the book (despites it being an audibook lol)
the problems are well described and some makes sense but they are too dumb to actually use what is right there?
and every one else acts entitled like they have just been surviving too?
its an arms race all and everyone human and mosnter alike are trying to get stronger but not the opnes int he dungeon?
despites more food and safety than others? and a powerleveling area?
plz dont make them so dumb solving specialy when they keep running into very far fetched problems...

Another great title
Honestly, love the books and the narration, yes, there are a few things I would personally change, mostly around the story pacing and how the priority of management over magic is weighted... But all in all, a solid book.

Good but frustrating
Overall a good story.
I like the system very much, with a slow progression for the mc.
It becomes frustrating when big part of the story is centeret around discussions of short sighted solutions.
It feel like you allways take one step back when they are about taking one step forward.

A Great Story
Even if your not into RPG games which I'm not, the story alone is great to listen to, is well written and performed, with excellent humour. Great job.
