Bridget and Jake brought one of my favorite series to life in that perfect way that only they can. So excited for the next installment, whenever that may be.

I loved kings of quarantine and the dead mean walking series but these are another level of fantastic for me!

I want to make Rogue every part of my personality and again the sister have written an insanely hot group of MC’s.

Bridget and Jakes performances in this series are fantastic! I literally laugh out loud so often I’ve had to start being careful where I listen to these!

Chase is my favourite of Rogues guys and my heart just broke for him. He goes through such a terrible and traumatic ordeal that it seriously had me feeling a little stabby. Chase is the one who can empathise with Rogue the most on a personal level as they had similar problems when they were young, growing up poor. Chase can relate to Rogue, both so broken inside and and yet so strong carrying on and never letting anyone know how hard they fight internally.

The best part of Carnival Hill was the character development, JJ had a rocky start with me after what he does. There was a lot of revels as we finally get the truth about Maverick and what he experienced in prison. Though there had been hints and clues its nothing compared to the truth. And in true C and S style their truths come with their own unique twist.

These amazing writers also know how to write a good villain, one that makes you so angry with hate. The only other character I despise as much as Shawn is also a creation of the authors. I can't wait to hopefully see Shawn get what he deserves preferably thanks to Rogue. He has caused so much, pain and is so toxically controlling that he just makes my blood boil.

The audio narrators were perfectly chosen to bring this story to life and help the reader to completely immerse themselves within this incredible world. If you like reads that leave you feeling like your emotions are on a rollercoaster that has no end then this is the book for you.

This series is one of my first and most favourite of the sisters.
I love Rogues character and how she isn’t your typical fmc of a book. She is rough around the edges with tattoos and rainbow hair.
The narration is fantastic. I can tell instantly to what character I am listening to.
Andddd that cliffhanger though!!!

Well, oh my!

I laughed a lot in this book, mainly due to Mutt. But I also had the strong need to be shabby to Fox and JJ, just slap Rick and Chase. All of them seem to not understand how broken our girl is. They all fall for her act to hide it or choose not to believe the truth she's told them so many time.
So yea, this ending is a kick in the vag and I'm frustrated at all the stupid angst and coming pain that could have been avoided.
But I know when your lives have been filled with so much blood, death, betrayal, and soul ovaries punching pain...well, nothing is simple.

Man, I love Mutt so much!

Lots of spice, action, fucking Shawn and dark thoughts

I hate Shawn so much my anger is off the charts and I can’t wait until they end him. I’m hoping Rogue is the one to end his sad life so she can get her own back . As book 4 isn’t on audio yet I might have to go and read it.
