Chair Yoga made easy

This book offers a step by step easy approach to add yoga to your life. There are illustrations to show the poses, and there is a variety of poses to do. If some are too challenging then you can work ip to that. This is a gentle way to start getting your body moving and all the breathing is so beneficial. It will help with mobility the more you do it so just start. Love it!!!

Very detailed

This audiobook is a comprehensive listen. It covers tremendous ground to help seniors safeguard their mobility and also includes information on nutrition, sleep, stress reduction and mindfulness. I found it easy to follow and the exercises effective. A bonus I liked was the 7 day meal plan that was included. I'd argue that chair yoga isn't just for seniors and this would be valuable to anyone looking to incorporate an exercise plan into their daily routine.

Great Way to Stay Active with My Parents

I got this book to do chair yoga with my parents. It has been a great experience for all of us. The routines are easy to follow and we can do them together without any of us feeling overwhelmed. It has been a fun way to bond while helping my parents stay flexible and build strength. After a short time we are all feeling more active and energized. If you are looking for something to do with your older loved ones this is a great choice.

Super comprehensive!

This is an incredibly in depth book, but also very easy to implement and take action on! Never again can being older in age stop someone from being flexible, fit and strong. What a blessing to have a book aimed at how to age well! Will be recommending to all the seniors I know!

Very accessible

I'm so glad there is such an accessible programme out there for seniors. With the 28-day programme and the step-by-step instructions, it's really accessible to all, even people with mobility issues. I've particularly enjoyed seeing that mindfulness was included, together with nutrition to make it a truly holistic approach to wellness and look after your body, mind and spirit, no matter how old you are.
