My goodness but I could not leave this series. Loved the narration, rich, warm and threatening. I had no problem identifying the various characters through the narration - would that other Narraoirs be so pitch perfect. I especially loved the role of the dolls; some of it quite dark, mostly hilarious. I was sad to learn about Kia but even he was treated well in the books. Total treat.

A treat for jaded fans of this genre.

The story has great characters and an interesting world. The narrator really brings it alive. I usually use audio books as a background while doing something else but this was so enjoyable I just stopped and listened- really good combo of writer and narrator!
