About this listen
Early morning feedings, barn cleanup, and chasing goats are Knox Bishop’s everyday routine. That changes when a bachelor auction brings him face-to-face with the world’s most forbidden fruit—his twin brother’s crush.
He shouldn’t tempt her, but the way her body reacts to his makes it too damn easy.
Hadleigh has known the Bishop twins all her life and they’ve never crossed the lines. That is until she fools around with Knox and learns he has a piercing south of the border. A piercing she very much enjoys licking.
She knows his main hobby consists of random weekend hookups, but she can’t get the taste of him off her mind.
Admitting what she feels wouldn’t be so difficult if Kane Bishop hadn’t just confessed his feelings for her, too. Now she finds herself wedged between two brothers—one she could break and one who could break her.
Claiming the Cowboy is a complete stand-alone and can be listened to without listening to any of the other books or spin-off series, but if you prefer to listen in order, start with Hitching the Cowboy, as the characters and families do interconnect.

And sweet baby Jesus... the steam.
Gah! I'm still fanning myself from one particular scene.
All I can say is: you will be surprised, delighted, swooning and laughing your way through the goodness that is the Bishop family's insanity.
This is possibly my favourite book of the series.
Once again, I've been left super pumped for the next book.

The narration was great, once again though. I was really happy with both performances and love this narration pair.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Lia Langola and Tor Thom deliver another outstanding performance, bringing the characters and their story to life. They have a complete understanding of the characters they portray, give each a voice that is the perfect fit for that character’s persona, sound believable in every role they play and just as I picture the character to sound. Lia Langola played Hadleigh’s role with perfection, her Kane was pretty amazing too and Tor Thom nailed it as Knox. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters and capturing all the character’s emotions and projecting them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Knox knows that his brother’s feelings for Hadleigh run deep, and it is for that reason that he keeps his distance. Their date was an experience he would like to repeat however when Kane discloses to Hadleigh that he wants to be more than friends the sparks are going to fly as the brothers find themselves at odd and Hadleigh finds herself in the middle uncertain who to choose.
The personalities of Kane and Knox couldn’t be more different which only makes the choice that much more difficult, and the chemistry radiates off the pages. It was great to catch up with all the Bishops and I am looking for the other twin’s story which is coming up next. The narrators did a great job of bringing out the angst and heat between the characters.
Kane or Knox?
