One of the best books on intermittent fasting

This book has a lot of citations and references from other books that have been condensed into one quick easy to read a book on the basics of intermittent fasting. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it.

PERFECT!

I might be a little over-enthusiastic with books about food, smoothies, and other good stuff but this one is well made audible and presents some interesting facts about why you should "starve" yourself from time to time. PERFECT!

Great info

This book, with information on intermittent fasting, has been very helpful to me. For me, information and programs are practical and attainable without undue hardships. It has helped me maintain my weight quite close to what I feel healthy and confident with. The professionally based and proven information is presented in easy-to-understand language. Thank you!

Perfect for me.

I'd prescribed this audiobook to any individual who needs to know precisely how to begin headed straight toward genuine weight reduction. I am amazed at the success of this diet and will probably move to just one restricted calorie day a week has got to my target weight.
