Great Insights
Whoever wrote this book is going to go far.as its an absolute masterpiece. I didn't think it would be my type of book but from the second I started listening to it I was absolutely shocked and intrigued so much so I have obtained a copy for a friend who is in dire need of this book. The book is structured logically, beginning with an introduction that defines gaslighting and its historical context, making it accessible to readers who may not be familiar with the term. From there, it delves into the tactics used by gaslighters, such as denying reality, trivializing feelings, and projecting blame onto the victim. Excellent book full of knowledge that will shock you and the thing is this book could really help some people. Fabulous narration too, well in line with such a swrious topic
