Critic reviews

"Hugely popular with seven to ten year olds: [Wilson] should be prescribed for all cases of reading reluctance." (The Independent on Sunday)

I mean, I had a good concept, but the story itself was more like a journey into the past. I didn’t really like it because of this and the character was too obsessed with finding her Mum and she was quite rude to her stepmother even though the stepmother she was nice. Like why would you be rude to someone who helped you?! Also it was really short and I was really looking forward to my credit. Because I only have one and I decided to spend it on this book and it was so short, I finished it in two days! And it means I have to wait a whole month for my next one and I don’t want to spend money sooooooo…… I don’t recommend this book. But I do recommend, “Baby Love” also by Jacqueline Wilson and much better than this one. IMO of course!
