Really useful practices that I found I could apply, some easily, some still in progress. Interesting, thought provoking discussion before each meditation which really satisfied my thinking parts. Builds up to set of practices that have left me feeling full of potential. This is my favourite so far of Loch’s books.

Blend of science, guided practice and explanation of ‘maps / stages’ especially explaining the differences between basic mindfulness (focused attention & open monitoring) and Non dual effortless mindfulness then onto Embodied Open Hearted Heart Mindfulness. Lots of relatively short practice sessions , few scientific research studies, linking in the complete path and the pinnacle of Spiritual Awakening. Filled in a lot of gaps and makes perfect sense for me. Probably good for beginners but great for experienced practitioners especially with some grounding in the spiritual path - listen to this now to take your mindfulness practice / life to the next level.
